Lead Nurse Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Lead Nurse Coordinator to oversee our nursing units and provide exceptional patient care.
As a seasoned Registered Nurse, you will supervise Primary Care Nurses and Nursing Assistants, ensuring the highest standards of care are met. You will also participate in direct patient care, re-adjust staff based on facility needs, and foster a positive work environment.

- Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
- Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- 3 years of RN experience (preferably in sub-acute care), or previous charge nurse experience, or 2 years relevant leadership experience
