Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and execute detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and financial resources.
  • Oversee project finances, monitor expenditures, and implement necessary adjustments to maintain budgetary compliance.
  • Effectively allocate resources, including workforce, materials, tools, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
  • Identify potential project risks and challenges, devising strategies to address them proactively.
  • Ensure all construction processes adhere to quality benchmarks and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise and manage project timelines to ensure adherence to deadlines and key milestones.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain open and effective communication channels to keep stakeholders updated on project status and developments.
  • Review and negotiate agreements with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, addressing any contractual issues that arise.
  • Implement and uphold safety measures to guarantee a secure working environment for all personnel on-site.
  • Evaluate and manage modifications to project scope, timelines, and budgets, securing necessary approvals.
  • Keep comprehensive and current project documentation, including progress reports and financial records.
  • Address challenges and issues swiftly and effectively, ensuring the project remains on course.
  • Incorporate environmentally sustainable practices into construction projects whenever feasible.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a proven history of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.

  • Thorough understanding of construction methodologies, building regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and collaboration.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with sustainable construction practices is advantageous.
  • Preferred: Valid construction manager's license or certification.
