Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality sector. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Guide guest vehicles to designated parking areas, both in the lot and garage.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all guest service requests.
  • Assist door and bell staff as needed.
  • Welcome guests by opening doors and providing assistance.
  • Greet all arriving guests warmly and offer help as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the lobby entrance and vestibule area.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Valet Manager.
  • Uphold a high standard of professionalism at all times.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Work primarily occurs at the hotel entrance.
  • Exposure to various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 30 lbs.
  • Ability to remain on foot for approximately 90% of the shift.
  • Willingness to bend, stoop, and lift frequently throughout the shift.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
