- 1st shift: 6AM-3PM

The schedule will be communicated two weeks in advance, with occasional adjustments expected.

Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Application Support: Proficient in common enterprise software including Microsoft Office Suite, VMWare, and various antivirus solutions.
  • Hardware Troubleshooting: Experience in diagnosing and replacing personal computers and thin clients.
  • Mobile Device Assistance: Familiarity with Android and iOS systems to support users with enterprise applications.
  • Operational Monitoring: Ability to follow established procedures and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple ongoing issues while prioritizing effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Onsite Support: Addressing issues in person with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional weekends as required.

IT Service Desk Duties:
- Prioritize and manage service requests and support tickets.
- Provide coaching and training to end-users and IT staff.
- Collaborate with specialists for advanced support.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes and knowledge bases.

Essential Functions:
- Install and maintain IT hardware and manage inventory.
- Facilitate communication between departments and end-users.
- Identify patterns in incidents and drive root cause analysis to improve service continuity.
- Provide both remote and hands-on support to clients.

Qualifications:
- Education: Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3-5 years in PC and application support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Active Directory.
- Experience in virtualized environments, preferably VMWare.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with mobile operating systems and detail-oriented tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
