Job Title: CDL Delivery Driver

Job Summary:

Are you a licensed CDL driver looking for a new opportunity? Do you enjoy working independently and being on the road? We are seeking a CDL delivery driver to join our team at ABC Supply Co. As a CDL delivery driver, you will be responsible for delivering building materials to customers across the country. You will work independently, navigating through various routes and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:

* Treat customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Conduct a safe work zone during each job site
* Adhere to assigned delivery schedule and follow all job directives precisely
* Document every step of each delivery by taking and uploading photos with our camera phone system
* Complete a thorough load check on your truck before leaving the branch, ensuring that all delivery materials are firmly secured and all parts of your truck are in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
* Work in cooperation with the Delivery Material Handler to determine where to set the materials and unloading them
* Complete and file all logs and required government paperwork in a precise and timely manner
* Provide the customer with an invoice on completion of each delivery and collect the entire due amount on COD deliveries

Requirements:

* Valid CDL - Class A or B
* Ability to lift pounds repeatedly (your most common cargo will be 70 pound bundles of shingles)
* Ability and willingness to work on rooftops
* Pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens are required
* Boom truck experience is preferred
* NCCCO is required
