Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Leave and Accommodation Analyst to join our team at Safelite. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert on leave of absence and accommodation processes, providing consultative support to internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with vendors and internal partners on policies, process steps, and leave management best practices.
  • Conduct research and resolve escalated cases within specified service level agreements while adhering to company policy and federal, state, and local leave laws.
  • Own the review and recommendation of leave and at-work accommodations, including transitional work assignments or long-term accommodations based on restrictions and available work.
  • Manage the return-to-work process for associates returning to work from a leave of absence, including timely communication and updating their status in the system.
  • Identify points of confusion or lack of knowledge with leave of absence or accommodations and recommend program enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 3-5 years relevant experience required.
  • Knowledge of federal and state leave laws, specifically FMLA, ADAAA, USERRA, Pregnancy Discrimination Act, and the interplay between FMLA, ADAAA, and other leave laws.
  • Demonstrated experience with complex long-term leave accommodations/transition work assignments and ability to independently research issues and make effective recommendations.
Salary Estimate:

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

This salary estimate is based on industry standards and national averages for similar positions in the United States.
