The Lument Legal Department is seeking a highly skilled attorney with expertise in corporate law, particularly in regulatory, finance, and real estate matters. The successful candidate will provide regular counsel to Lument and its affiliates on various legal issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing and advising on regulatory matters, including state licensing laws and requirements.
  • Drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and analyzing commercial documents, such as corporate contracts, marketing materials, nondisclosure agreements, and financing documents.
  • Supporting corporate financing matters and developing a deep understanding of trends and practices on relevant legal issues.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and admission in good standing to the bar.
  • Minimum of three years of large law firm or comparable in-house corporate experience.
  • Excellent business judgment and decision-making abilities.
  • Possesses strong character and principles, embracing the values of the legal and compliance profession.
