Position Overview

SRJC is on the lookout for part-time associate faculty members to enhance our educational team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about teaching and dedicated to fostering student achievement. The preferred candidate will exhibit an understanding of a diverse student body and maintain proficiency in their discipline. Responsibilities encompass delivering instruction and providing academic support to students while nurturing a learner-focused environment. Although participation in departmental duties is not mandatory, associate faculty may be invited to undertake additional responsibilities for remuneration.
