**Key Responsibilities:**


  • Conduct phone interviews with inbound leads to assess their eligibility for inclusion in our registry.
  • Advise on suitable products and finalize the sale during the conversation.
  • Meet weekly sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our proprietary CRM software.

**Requirements:**


  • 15+ years of proven inside sales or highly relatable sales experience.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high daily activity volume and work effectively from home.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and scripts is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency and ability to handle a busy, high-activity role.

**About Marquis Who's Who:**


For over 125 years, Marquis Who's Who has remained the standard for reliable and comprehensive biographical data. **Compensation:**


The total annual on-target earnings (OTE) ranges from $90K to $150K, with a base salary of $45K per year and additional commissions expected to be between $45K and 105K.


**Working Hours:**


Monday-Thursday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm EST, and Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm EST.


**Room for Growth:**


Potential to move to our Branding Specialist Department after mastering our New Membership accounts.

This is a highly selective role. Only candidates with extensive sales experience will be considered.
