Key Responsibilities:- Proactively create and nurture new relationships within the community to expand our outreach efforts
- Assist in organizing and hosting events to raise awareness and generate leads
- Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders
- Develop and implement tactics to effectively reach target demographics and communities
- Independently create reports to track and monitor lead development
- Effectively collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of outreach efforts with company goals
- Generate qualified leads for our program, targeting 10-15 per week or 40 per month
- Reliable transportation with the ability to travel throughout the designated territories
- Previous experience in community outreach, event planning, or sales
- Proven track record of developing leads and meeting set targets
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
- A passion for providing a high level of customer service, including empathy, active listening, and patience
- Ability to articulate case statuses through detailed notes on Salesforce
- Computer proficiency required; strong typing skills and ability to leverage technology and resolve customer issues
