FreedomCare, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Outreach Enrollment Specialist to join our Pre-Care team. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with community centers, leaders, and healthcare providers to grow our company's presence in the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively create and nurture new relationships within the community to expand our outreach efforts
  • Assist in organizing and hosting events to raise awareness and generate leads
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and community leaders
  • Develop and implement tactics to effectively reach target demographics and communities
  • Independently create reports to track and monitor lead development
  • Effectively collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of outreach efforts with company goals
  • Generate qualified leads for our program, targeting 10-15 per week or 40 per month
Requirements:
  • Reliable transportation with the ability to travel throughout the designated territories
  • Previous experience in community outreach, event planning, or sales
  • Proven track record of developing leads and meeting set targets
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse audiences
  • A passion for providing a high level of customer service, including empathy, active listening, and patience
  • Ability to articulate case statuses through detailed notes on Salesforce
  • Computer proficiency required; strong typing skills and ability to leverage technology and resolve customer issues
