Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interview, and review of medical records and clinical data.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of patient care plans, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to determine the presence or absence of barriers to active participation in the individualized care plan.
- Demonstrate competency in various therapeutic and diagnostic interventions, including vital signs, mini treatments/procedures, prevention services, pre-visit planning, and post-visit follow-up.
- Promote, advocate, and collaborate to protect the health and safety and rights of each patient.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Successful completion of all Medical Assistant Core Skills and Additional competencies as defined within the Scope of Practice for CHPG Medical Assistants
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant from an approved organization
- Basic Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association
