**Job Description:** Marion City Schools is seeking a Pediatric Speech and Language Clinician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing and treating students with speech and language impairments.

**Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address identified areas of need
  • Provide therapy sessions to students in small groups or one-on-one settings
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to develop strategies for supporting students with speech and language impairments
  • Assess student progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed

**Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Ohio licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with students with speech and language impairments
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other school staff
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
