Responsibilities- Develop and implement educational programs for patients, focusing on community needs and health promotion.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through formal and informal mechanisms, using data to inform future improvements.
- Recommend new courses or program enhancements based on patient feedback and educational evaluations.
- Maintain accurate departmental records related to educational programs.
- Assist with miscellaneous community programs and projects, leveraging your expertise to drive positive outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current Registered Nurse license in Virginia or a compact license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of three years hospital clinical experience
- Minimum of one year recent teaching experience in a hospital setting
