About the Role

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our Ambulatory Behavioral Health team at Memorial Regional Medical Center in Mechanicsville, Virginia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide short-term solution-focused therapy and longer-term therapy as needed to patients referred by our Behavioral Health providers.
  • Offer individual and group therapy sessions to support patients' mental health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with our Behavioral Health providers to improve continuity of care and increase access to care for our patients.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of community resources to promote optimal health and well-being for our patients.
