Pediatric Home Health Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct home visits for pediatric patients, providing teaching, monitoring compliance, and performing various treatments.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Current and unencumbered state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 1 year recent clinical nursing practice, preferably in ICU or pediatrics.
- Demonstrated passion for working in pediatrics.
- Experience with NG or GTube feedings and ostomy care is preferred.
