Position Overview
L3Harris Technologies is in search of a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Camden, Arkansas.

Role Responsibilities
The role involves making essential modifications to systems and procedures to address challenges. The engineer will identify, define, and tackle general issues that are usually confined to the immediate work area. Solutions are generally derived from previous experiences or established protocols and basic analytical methods.

Key Duties
1. Secure and uphold a US government security clearance.
2. Formulate, execute, and evaluate manufacturing engineering strategies and initiatives, effectively communicating them to both internal and external stakeholders.
3. Define, develop, and transition manufacturing and engineering tools, methodologies, and systems.
4. Create manufacturing strategies tailored for specific products and processes.
5. Actively engage with engineering project teams to facilitate the launch of new products.
6. Estimate and monitor manufacturing expenses, establish time standards, and provide recommendations for tooling and process needs for both new and existing product lines.
7. Maintain documentation and reporting systems for the coordination of manufacturing operations.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant manufacturing experience is required. Alternatively, a Graduate Degree or equivalent with 2 years of manufacturing experience will be considered. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of manufacturing experience is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Aerojet Rocketdyne (Missile Solutions) product lines is advantageous.
Knowledge of project management principles is preferred.
Experience in technical development is also desirable.
