Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of experienced professionals in the development and implementation of manufacturing engineering strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members to ensure their continued growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related manager experience.
  • Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related manager experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related manager experience.
