Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to various locations to perform portable x-rays and EKG exams, ensuring timely and accurate results.
  • Operate portable radiologic equipment, positioning patients for exams, and collecting required documentation.
  • Determine exposure factors, follow safety protocols, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Process and transmit images, review quality, and complete records according to company protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to provide exceptional care and support.
Requirements
  • Meet state-specific and federal requirements for portable x-rays, including ARRT registration or limited scope x-ray operator licensure.
  • Hold a valid state-issued driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds and walk up/down stairs easily.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
