  • 3+ years of experience in writing SQR programs and PeopleSoft PeopleCode.
  • 3+ years of conducting comprehensive data analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Application Engine programming.
  • 1+ year of experience with PeopleSoft XML Publisher.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • In-depth understanding of PeopleSoft Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, Base Benefits, and core HR functionalities.
  • Extensive experience with SQL, SQR programming, PeopleCode, and Application Engine programs.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft XML Publisher reporting.
  • Experience in Web Services and integration between PeopleSoft and third-party applications is advantageous.
  • Ability to create flow diagrams to illustrate processes effectively.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in utilizing computer systems and modifying applications as needed.
  • Advanced logical processing skills for designing and debugging programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to facilitate design review meetings and document outcomes.
  • Capability to foster collaboration among team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in integrating PeopleSoft with other systems and third-party applications using web services is preferred.
