Job Overview

Tolleson Wealth Management is seeking a skilled Community Lending Professional to join our team. In this role, you will identify and build strong partnerships in low-to-moderate income (LMI) communities to meet our CRA/community development strategy and goals.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community influencers, advocates, and organizations to drive community mortgage lending, community development lending, and investment opportunities.
  • Advises clients on various lending solutions and structures loans within bank policies.
  • Conducts and interprets community needs assessment analysis to increase the bank's community engagement.
  • Serves as primary point of contact for place-based community development in the Dallas market.
  • Maintains a positive working relationship with clients, staff, local professionals, centers of influence, and community organizations.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years relevant work experience in commercial lending, community development lending, or mortgage lending.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to assess borrower creditworthiness and simplify data into concise reports.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
