Job Description

Valorem Lending is expanding and seeking a skilled Mortgage Processor to join our team. As a Mortgage Processor, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of 60+ loans and working closely with top-producing loan originators to ensure timely and accurate loan processing.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of verifiable mortgage loan processing experience, knowledge of TRID, FHA, VA, Fannie, Freddie guidelines, and a strong attention to detail. They will also possess excellent time management skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced dynamic department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a pipeline of 60+ loans
  • Working closely with loan originators to ensure timely and accurate loan processing
  • Reviewing and processing loan applications
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing exceptional customer service

Valorem Lending offers a competitive salary range of $42,000 - $250,000.00 per year, as well as a top-tier compensation package and a dynamic work environment.
