This key role involves supporting the accounting department with various administrative tasks, including record-keeping, data entry, and report generation.

As a Financial Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of the office, working closely with the Controller to maintain efficient processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of labor, equipment, and material usage, and update our accounting system accordingly.
  • Assist with payment processing, sales data maintenance, and detailed report updates.
  • Prepare and maintain confidential files, records, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to meet deadlines and fulfill job expectations.
  • Generate financial reports for management, leveraging your analytical skills.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, adjusters, and customers, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
  • Support the Controller with various accounting tasks and special projects, showcasing your ability to adapt and take initiative.
Estimated Annual Salary: $50,000 - $58,000
