Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at JE Dunn. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Site Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and company staff, to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Identify and resolve project-related issues, making informed decisions that align with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 1+ years of field supervision experience in construction management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, project management and accounting software, and construction technology.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to safety and quality.
