Traveling Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traveling Superintendent to join our team at JE Dunn. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and profitable completion of each project.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, coordination, and supervision of site operations.
- Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and profitable completion of projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, owners, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Manage and oversee the care, custody, and control of project sites, including coordination of logistics and resources.
- Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to project managers and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure that all project documentation, including drawings, logs, and inspection notebooks, are accurate and up-to-date.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ years of field supervision experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Ability to travel frequently and work non-traditional hours as needed.
