Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to lead our estimating team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate estimates for construction projects, including takeoffs, pricing, and risk analysis.
  • Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and other stakeholders to ensure estimates meet project requirements.
  • Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project conditions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
Requirements
  • 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years of estimating and cost control management experience.
  • CPM conceptual scheduling skills.
  • Familiarity with estimating software, including Timberline, On-Screen Take-off, and Building Connected.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
