We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business development efforts in Florida as part of our Gulf Coast Region. The selected candidate will be responsible for formulating, implementing, and executing marketing and penetration plans for the state, as well as managing a team of Business Development Specialists for assigned states.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the state
  • Lead a team of Business Development Specialists to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with Home Office and Regions to present FCCI's brand to agents and policyholders
  • Participate in the development and promotion of marketing materials, advertising, and messaging
  • Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of business development success in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
