Overview : A position for a Director of Rehabilitation / Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, ST) is currently open within our skilled nursing and sub-acute rehabilitation department.

Requirements
Qualifications:A successful Director of Rehabilitation will:
- Ensure the smooth and effective operation of the department.
- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to enhance patient outcomes.
- Oversee patient admissions, scheduling, MDS assessment periods, and related data.
- Provide administrative supervision for rehabilitation services.
- Act as a mentor for rehabilitation staff.
- Deliver physical therapy services as necessary.
- Hold a valid physical therapy license or be license-eligible in the state of employment.
- Have experience as a treating therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Ideally, possess experience managing a rehabilitation department within a SNF setting.
