Cyber Exploitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Exploitation Specialist to join our team at RealmOne. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in adversary networks, network defenses, and cyber operational capabilities to craft and adjust exploitation strategies.
This role involves close collaboration with government, military, and contractor teams to understand intelligence needs and mission priorities. You will utilize your analytical skills and curiosity to generate hypotheses, select appropriate analysis methods, and work with data to extract and share insights.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer or information systems design, development, and analysis, as well as experience in one or more of the following areas: engineering hardware/software, programming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, systems engineering, network and systems administration.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent teamwork and collaboration skills to work with government, military, and contractor personnel, as well as the ability to distill, document, and share findings effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement exploitation plans and adjust them during execution
- Collaborate with government, military, and contractor teams to understand intelligence needs and mission priorities
- Analyze data to extract and share insights, and develop new tradecraft techniques
- Document and share findings effectively
Requirements:
- An Associate's Degree with 7 years of experience, or a Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience, or a Master's Degree with 3 years of experience, or a PhD with 2 years of experience
- 18 semester hours of military training/coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an Associate's degree
- A degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
