Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Recreational Activity Specialist to join our team at Training & Research Foundation. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing recreational activities for children, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recreational programs for children, including arts and crafts, sports, and games.
  • Supervise children during recreational activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Assist the Site Supervisor in maintaining accurate attendance records, emergency contact information, and other relevant documents.
  • Collaborate with teachers and school staff to develop and implement educational programs that promote learning and development.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as recreation, education, or child development.
  • At least one year of experience working with children in a recreational setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members.

Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
