This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to aircraft crew, passengers, and other stakeholders.
  • Operate and maintain ground service equipment, including fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, and ground power units.
  • Conduct pre- and post-flight inspections to ensure aircraft safety and security.
  • Load and unload luggage and cargo from aircraft and FBO facilities.
  • Assist with fuel handling, including fuel quality control and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless airport operations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain airport security clearance.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
