Ramp Service Agent


Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Ramp Service Agent to join our team at Signature Aviation. As a Ramp Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while ensuring the safe and efficient handling of aircraft.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, including greeting and assisting with aircraft handling, fueling, and other services.
  • Operate and maintain ground service equipment, including fuel trucks, de-icing trucks, and other vehicles.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols, including adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless and efficient aircraft handling and service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Valid state driver's license required; commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required in some locations.
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and receive airport security badge.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
