We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team as a RN Residency Program Manager. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the delivery of patient care services, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care in a safe and compassionate environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the nursing team to provide high-quality patient care services
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient-centered care goals
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care services and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide education and training to nursing staff on best practices and new technologies
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
