Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Gaming Broadcast Production Manager to join our team. This key role involves planning, organizing, and executing live production events for Tribe Gaming. You will collaborate with various departments, including Account Managers, Content Producers, Social Media Managers, and other creatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce, direct, and execute remote and in-person live broadcasts from start to finish, ensuring high-quality content delivery.
  • Lead the production planning of Live Broadcast and Tournament events, including partnerships, creative teams, and technical assets.
  • Innovate and elevate our broadcasts through proactive ideas and solutions.
  • Coordinate operational information for events, including remote broadcast technology, technical requirements, and facility information.
  • Determine necessary resources for live broadcasts and events to operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Serve as Technical Director for live shows, ensuring smooth technical execution and visuals.
  • Collaborate across departments to align on client needs and sales goals for shows, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Establish best practices, define processes, and maintain consistent workflows for event execution.
  • Manage Live Broadcast team staff, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships Department on building strong relationships with external clients and successful productions.
  • Track and report on Live Broadcast performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in directing and executing live and taped broadcast productions, including both in-studio and remote settings.
  • Excellent project management skills, with attention to detail and tight deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of broadcast technology, equipment, and production workflows.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to conceptualize and design engaging content for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and align across departments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of effectively coaching and mentoring staff.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, to support live event broadcasts.
