About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital – Oklahoma City. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our hospital's mission to serve our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and identify individualized care needs
  • Develop and implement effective nursing interventions to promote patient recovery and well-being
  • Provide compassionate and individualized care to patients with complex medical conditions, including strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and orthopedic injuries
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and revise patient care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
  • CRRN certification preferred
  • Minimum six months' experience in a medical/surgical acute care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
