Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Patient Care Associate to join our team at Nuvance Health. As a key member of our MRI care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients undergoing MRI exams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist MRI Technologists in preparing patients for exams, including thorough screening and safety protocols.
  • Enter patient and transport information into computer systems.
  • Assist with patient workflow and ensure efficient exam processes.
  • Maintain a complete understanding of MRI safety rules and protocols.
  • Provide front desk reception assistance, including greeting patients and reviewing safety questionnaires.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of previous hospital experience preferred.
  • Minimum experience: 1 year.
  • BLS/Healthcare certification required (may be obtained within 90 days).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exhibits professionalism and instills patient confidence.
  • Maintains a positive attitude and demonstrates respect and courtesy.
  • Ability to work independently.
Compensation

$19.00 hourly
