Job Title: Azure Cloud Engineer

Bell Techlogix is seeking a highly skilled Azure Cloud Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our cloud infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure services such as virtual networks, subnets, and network security groups.
  • Develop and maintain cloud-native applications using Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure Cosmos DB.
  • Implement and manage cloud security best practices to ensure the security and integrity of our clients' data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet our clients' business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure features and updates to ensure our solutions are always optimized and efficient.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Intermediate and advanced certifications in Microsoft Azure.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience developing and managing cloud-native solutions in Azure.
  • 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting Windows or Linux server issues.
  • Hands-on experience in programming and scripting technologies such as.Net, Python, and PowerShell.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing IaC automation using Terraform and ARM templates.
  • Hands-on experience with core cloud services such as storage, networking, firewalls, DNS, databases, applications, compute, container services, IDAM, Azure Monitor, and Azure Update Manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Advanced certifications in Microsoft Azure.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and managing cloud-native solutions in Azure.
  • 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting Windows or Linux server issues.
  • Hands-on experience in developing utility scripts and tools using Python or PowerShell.
  • Understanding of IT Management processes such as ITIL.
