What We Offer:

  • Flexible Scheduling: We align your work hours with your personal schedule, whether you prefer two hours a week or up to forty.

  • Career Advancement: We are committed to your growth as a caregiver, offering ongoing education and five levels of advanced training through CareAcademy, along with a $40 bonus for each completed course. Opportunities for wage increases and mentorship programs are also available.
  • Holiday Pay: Receive time-and-a-half pay for any major holidays worked.
  • Referral Bonus: Refer a qualified candidate and receive a $150 bonus after they complete six months with us, plus another $150 after one year.
