As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for identifying and supporting talent processes and development opportunities to engage and retain executive and other strategic associate groups. This includes leading the implementation of talent and development strategies that supply the organization with trained leaders. Key responsibilities include acting as a strategic partner with business clients to support talent processes and assist in talent development strategies, consulting with management regarding the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of talent development initiatives, and ensuring that all processes are aligned with business plans and strategies.

Key qualifications for this role include a BA/BS in Organization Development, Management, HR Development, or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise-wide training. Preferred skills include an agile mindset and flexibility, strong consulting abilities, effective communication skills, deep understanding of talent development frameworks and strategies, expertise in designing and implementing leadership development programs, strategic thinking, and knowledge of organizational effectiveness principles.
