Position Overview
As a Senior Property Financial Analyst for the Commander Pacific Fleet (CPF), you will play a pivotal role in enhancing financial operations and ensuring optimal readiness. Your expertise will contribute to the transformation of business processes, policies, systems, and internal controls related to government property, equipment, and materials.

Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the primary Logistics and Supply support Lead for CPF.
2. Deliver business transformation services aimed at improving financial operations and readiness.
3. Serve as a subject matter expert in standardizing and strengthening life cycle management processes, including procurement, research and analysis, inventories, and disposal of government equipment.
4. Conduct thorough research and analysis, develop asset documentation, and perform gap and risk analyses to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.
5. Support the enhancement of accuracy and completeness of asset amounts recorded in the accountable property system of record (APSR).
6. Facilitate the implementation of corrective actions to address process and internal control deficiencies.
7. Provide training to government personnel on policies, reporting requirements, and proper data entry/documentation in APSR as needed.

Qualifications & Clearance Requirements
- A Master's degree with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with at least ten (10) years of related experience.
- Proven experience in supporting DoD Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) acquisition and life cycle documentation, including provisioning, training, sustainment, and readiness initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to determine and provide logistics support.
- Extensive knowledge of various ship systems and equipment.
- Secret security clearance, verifiable in DISS.
