  • Collaborate with the dock supervisor to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.

  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or operations management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
