Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 per year (dependent on qualifications)

Job Description
As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment for elementary-aged children. Your primary duties will include assisting the Camp Director with daily tasks, participating in all camp activities, and building meaningful relationships with campers. By providing exceptional support and guidance, you will contribute to their growth and development throughout the summer.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere, promoting socialization and character growth among campers.
  • Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of campers at all times, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Demonstrate energy and enthusiasm for participation in a full day's worth of activities, adapting to changing circumstances as needed.
  • Prior experience working with children is highly desirable.
  • Earnestly demonstrate responsibility, dependability, consistency, level-headedness, flexibility, and calmness in all situations.
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it prior to the summer season.
