Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and services
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
