Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a K-12 school setting near Lancaster, Texas. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with students to develop and implement individualized speech and language plans, promoting effective communication and academic success.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement speech and language plans for students with varying needs and abilities
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and weaknesses
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to promote communication skills and academic achievement
  • Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed
Requirements
  • Texas SLP license
  • Masters in Communication and Sciences Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology
  • 2+ years of school experience preferred, but not required
