Speech-Language Pathologist

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, providing therapy, and managing IEPs for students in educational settings.
Responsibilities:- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify communication and swallowing challenges
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans to address student needs
- Managing IEPs and collaborating with educators to ensure student progress
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to students, families, and educators
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state license (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with diverse populations and age groups
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficient knowledge of diagnostic and therapeutic methods
