Cook Position at The Bungalows at Bowling Green

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at The Bungalows at Bowling Green. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including full-line menu items and therapeutic diets
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and handling procedures
  • Monitor and record food temperatures, inventory, and production quantities
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to ensure seamless food service operations
  • Develop and implement creative menu ideas to enhance the dining experience for our residents
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Culinary apprenticeship or training preferred
  • One year of job-related experience in food preparation and service
  • Current SERV Safe certification or ability to obtain within six months
