Job Overview

New Morning Schools, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Education and Childcare Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality childcare services to families in Southern New Hampshire.

About the Role

The Education and Childcare Specialist will be responsible for planning and implementing daily activities for school-age children at various locations in the Southern NH area. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of child development principles.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement daily activities for school-age children, including large and small group activities, child-directed activities, and gross motor games.
  • Maintain a safe environment for children and staff, and encourage positive behavior guidance.
  • Greet parents and children daily, and help to train new staff members as needed.
  • Attend monthly staff meetings at program and main office locations, and follow day-to-day staff assignments.
  • Communicate effectively with the office team, and be prepared to substitute at other locations as needed.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 17 years old.
  • Requires 600+ hours of experience or 3+ EDU/ECE college credits.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes from the Bedford area.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
