Bank OZK is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Management Client Services Specialist II to join our team. As a key member of our Treasury Management department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily support to the TMS Sales, TMS Implementation, and TMS Operations teams, as well as to all treasury clients and business partners.
- Engage in direct contact with the TMS Sales, TMS Implementation, TMS Operations, and all treasury clients and business partners to resolve technical issues and provide assistance.
- Assist clients with technical troubleshooting to component-level specifications and monitor software and hardware upgrades.
- Communicate with management and clients as necessary regarding software and hardware upgrades.
- Provide hardware/software installation assistance for Treasury Management clients and oversee the ordering of necessary equipment and supplies.
- Open and work assigned service tickets and provide daily support to all branch/department staff relating to Treasury Management.
- Support other departments within the Bank with Treasury Management products and services and serve as an administrator for banking-related services.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of policy and procedures related to Treasury Management products and services.
- Maintain good punctuality and attendance to work and follow Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of two (2) years of technical, help desk, or call center work experience required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of work experience with computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel required.
- Minimum of one (1) year of related customer service work experience and/or specialized training preferred.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
Operate customary equipment and technology used in a business environment, with or without accommodation.
