We are seeking an experienced Dental Surgical Assistant to enhance our surgical team. This role requires flexibility as you will be supporting oral surgery procedures across multiple locations. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure you are equipped to provide both preoperative and postoperative care, contributing to our commitment to outstanding patient service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and maintaining patient records and treatment plans
  • Operating diagnostic imaging equipment and processing radiographs
  • Ensuring surgical instruments and materials are prepared and sterilized according to safety protocols
  • Assisting the surgeon during procedures, including setup and patient monitoring
  • Providing patients with information regarding their treatment and recovery
  • Managing inventory of dental supplies and equipment
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a certified dental assistant program is preferred
  • Minimum of one year of experience in dental assisting
  • Certification in oral and maxillofacial surgery assisting is a plus
  • Radiography certification is preferred
  • Current CPR certification

Interview Process:

  • Consists of a virtual interview followed by an in-person interview
