Job Overview

As a vital member of TK Cups-Sorg's logistics team, the Shipping/Receiving role is essential in guaranteeing that our premium products are dispatched and received with utmost efficiency. This position encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including the preparation of outgoing shipments, management of inventory, and coordination of warehouse activities to facilitate smooth order processing.

Your duties will include maintaining precise documentation such as shipping labels, invoices, and customs paperwork, ensuring that all records are current and accurate. You will collaborate with different carriers to arrange pickups, monitor shipments, and oversee logistics to achieve timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.
  • Experience with third-party and international shipping.
  • Detail-oriented in packaging, labeling, and documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Coordinate with carriers for timely pickups and deliveries.
  • Manage inventory of shipping supplies.
  • Communicate with internal teams to resolve logistical issues.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of prior shipping experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Forklift/Clamp Truck certification is a plus.
  • Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
