Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience


Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven leader who can oversee the day-to-day operations and financial viability of our Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA). As a Chief Nursing Officer, you will be responsible for leading nursing-related functions across Community Care and ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care.


Responsibilities:



  • Leading interdisciplinary home- and community-based services
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and financial viability of the Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA)
  • Leading nursing-related functions across Community Care

Qualifications:


To be successful in this role, you will need to have:



  • A Master's Degree in Nursing, Hospital Administration, Health Care/Services Administration, Administrative Medicine, or Public Health
  • NYS Registered nurse (RN) license
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Solid problem-solving skills
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized
